When you’re stressed, always remember that you are who you are. Never assume to things who aren’t possible to happen. If you can make it today then there’s always tomorrow. If today’s the deadline never think that you can’t make it because for sure, you are who you are, there are always ways to come up with such things. And if you’re tired from all the shits that’s been thrown to you, have a rest. It’s not bad to take a rest for a while. It is not bad too to cry. And if you don’t know what to do, you can paint to relieve your stress. You can read books, you can draw, color and etc. There are always ways to cope with stress.

2ne1 is officially over. Their amazing sound, trends and outfits will be missed. They are the first group to break the Korean girl group stereotype. Kpop will never be the same without them! -Truth Slap

At the age of 7 years old I started listening to 2ne1’s music, trends etc. That time, I don’t understand what “KPOP” is. I don’t even know that what im doing is already a fangirling. 7 years old, young and innocent. I am just a kid who’s admiring the world’s happiness. As I grew older, I am still into 2ne1. Loving them specially “krung krung” Park. But who knows that there comes a day that the happiness in your eyes would turn into a crystal liquid full of sadness? Knowing 2ne1 is officially disbanded, isn’t easy to accept. At first, I did not believe that it really happen. I thought people are just spreading hoax but no, they were not. As I prove to myself that it is true, my pillow knows what happen next. I silently cried and cried the next days.

DEPRESSION

Lately im in an ‘eat or nah’ situation due to some problems that’s been mixed up and cannot be controlled. Some people may think it’s too little to cause you depression but for us, people with low efficancy in controling emotions, those are too big already. Some may call us ’emo’ for we’re badly looks like carrying the world’s loneliness. But, it’s not our fault anyway. We just can’t control our feelings and latter on sometimes become a reason for us to fvck shits, drink alcholic beverages, gone smoke, make cuts and the bad thing – is to commit suicide. Yeah, I know most of you will judge us, and so the way we think as if we’re so baaaad and cruel to ran off the problems. We’re brave and  you’ll never understand how but you have to understand us. We’re brave to let it just for ourselves, not sharing it to others. We don’t need ya to talk with. Though yes, we admit even if we’re saying don’t talk to me, we want to but sometimes let us be alone. Don’t give us shits. And, you don’t have to pity us.  We don’t wanna fvck with ya, we fvck shits! and that shit is life. We fvck life, for fvcking us. For not letting us feel what really life is. For letting us feel hella on eart. Why not let us be understand? Why not let us understand them too? Why not let us feel we’re special, we’re loved, we’re right, we’re good and not bad?

UNFORTUNATELY, NOTHING LAST FOREVER. You have to be brave and stand alone cause not everyone you go with the good days will still go on with ya in your worst days. 

Communication on point

Good day! Last friday, our teacher in oral communication give us a task by which we will choose a maxim or quote to be present and explain infront. And the quote I choose is a quote by Rick Stives that says, “self-consciousness kills communication.” I am a lazy person and due to the task will be perform on monday, I didn’t prepared anything even an idea of how would I explain it further etc.. And then here comes monday! I rush to school to have some time to prepare what I am about to say and approximately 15 mins. my teacher came and I am still unprepared. We were called one by one and after 12 or 13 I heard, “Your turn Andrea.” And I feel so nervous. I feel my knees wrecking. I stood up where I am sitting and took a deep breath. Honestly, I am not fluent in english and I am not a good speaker. I walks along the aisle and reach the front of the classroom. I look at my teacher nodding to me like she was saying ‘go on, start now.’ I took a deep breath again and started. Good morning everyone, my quote is self-consciousness kills communication by Rick Stives.. I paused and look at my classmates and said to my self “Panindigan mo kung ano yung sa quote mo!” (Stand what your quote saying) and then a deep breath again and again and continues.. For me, it is really true that sel-consciousness kills communication because if you are conscious to one’s own act your listeners will doubt the things that you are saying. If it is true or not. If you’re telling a lie or what. Cause in your own, you looks so unsure! Unsure in a sense that you don’t deliver each words well that kills communication. For example.. if you are going to pursuade something, how can you pursuade if you can’t deliver such words well and appropriately. How can you pursuade something if in you, you looks unsure that can’t stand what you are saying. Don’t make bariers that would kill communication. Don’t be a hindrance for having an effective communication. Stay poised and redirect your focus to your listeners, that matter most. Thankyou..  and after that, I feel so glad for making those. As what i’ve said, im not fluent in english and im not a good speaker and fulfilling those are like an achievement. The lesson I wanna share to you is to not live just to make possible things but also to make impossible things be possible. And to make those possible, always be prepared unlike me, I am in a rush that makes me feels those nerves wrecking. Also, if you’re going to explain something infront, always remember SPAS. S for study. Study your topic even if you knew already about it. It’s better if you gather many information to be verbose in explaining. P for prepared. Always be prepared like what I’ve said, don’t look at me as a paragon to be followed, look at me as a paragon to be a lesson. A for attentive. Always redirect your focus to whom matters. S for smart. Smart not in a sense that you should have a high IQ but in a sense that you understand your topic and what you’re about to say. You should understand for you to understand and to let them understand it. Because if you don’t understans what your topic is, then you can’t let them understand it. As easy as that. You should understand and use those skills wisely. In explaining, you don’t please yourself but your listeners because your listeners is the product. Again, you not live just to make possible things but also to make impossible things be possible. You have to turn out of a box and come up with such product that would be absolutely om point..

We all know that accounts are your privacy, and, not because we dated you, we have the right to envade your privacy but, have you think once how hard it is sometimes not to know? It’s either be 1 or 2 in the following.

You’ll think much in a sense that questions are left unanswered. For example, bae said he/she and this gal/guy is having a chitchat. Yes he/she said already but still, you’ll think much about what they are talking about. You’ll be paranoid in a sense that every single things makes worst. Yes, it is your privacy and trusting you is our job, but, letting us know your password as your man/woman of your life doesn’t literally letting us to envade but letting us come in to your social life..

Literature is a window to the past

T’was first day of our 2nd semester class, have introduced and meet new teachers. T’was fine as how it goes, our last subject is the 21st century of the Phils. and the world. Honestly, I don’t feel liking our teacher for she ask many questions that aren’t important.But, a senseful question caught my attention “What does it mean when you say literature is a window to the past?” As I am thinking for the answer, I ask myself “As a lover of words,  what does it mean to me? Do past really a window to the future?” after few minutes I started writing.  Literature is a window to the past, yes it is, for, for me, literature is not just a writing but it also stands history of events, people, things and ideas. Meaning, your work is a glance to what you’ve been and, who you was etc. I think you can never come up with a good writing not having a great experience may be experience of itself or to people that surrounds.
